Help / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Carriers, low-rate labels, warehouses, pricing and more.

Which carriers do you support? Are labels direct?

ShipCay prints official carrier labels directly from Australia Post, Canada Post, Purolator, USPS, UPS and Aramex, and keeps adding more.

How do you keep labels cheap / save on shipping?

Orders auto-compare across carriers and print at the lowest rate by default; batch processing handles thousands at once, saving 50%+ per label on average.

How many orders can I batch at once?

Thousands per import—rate-compare, batch label and batch pay, with queued processing and automatic retry, finished in minutes.

How do I connect my store / orders?

Import via CSV templates or connect major ecommerce platforms through our open API—no development required to get started.

Where are the warehouses? Are they required?

Core warehouses are in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne) and Canada (Toronto, Vancouver). Warehouses are an optional add-on; batch labels are the core—enable warehouses only when you need local delivery.

How does pricing work?

Pricing scales with your shipping volume—the more you ship, the lower the per-label cost. Contact us for a quote tailored to your volume.

Is there a free trial?

Yes—sign up free and import your first batch to run the rate-compare and batch-label flow.

How are tracking and returns handled?

Tracking streams back live with automatic exception alerts; with warehouses, local returns, relabel and resell are handled in-market.

Is my data secure?

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your account and order data, sharing only what is needed with carriers and payment providers to complete shipments.
