ShipCay provides multi-carrier batch labels, rate comparison, batch payment and optional AU/CA warehouse fulfilment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit, and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Fees

Pricing follows the quote agreed between us; carrier and shipping charges are billed by the respective carriers.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any unlawful, infringing or carrier-policy-violating purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShipCay is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
